Matt Allison is the Managing Director of Ubiquity Lab and co-founder of the Content Leaders Academy.

Christopher Barger

Christopher Barger is the Senior Director of Communications at SME, a nonprofit association advocating for the manufacturing industry, and has more than 20 years’ experience working for or servicing some of the world’s biggest companies. He has built and led digital programs at IBM and General Motors, and advised many others on their digital and communications activities and implementing disruptive new technologies and strategies. He is a recognized leader in content marketing, protecting brand reputation and mitigating crisis, communications strategy, influencer relations, and executive positioning. He has worked with PlayStation, the World Health Organization, the Almond Board of California, McDonald’s, Walmart, and GE Digital among others. He is the author of the Amazon marketing best-seller “The Social Media Strategist” (McGraw-Hill, 2012).


Jackie Bebenroth

Jackie believes in the power of the pen. As a brand advisor and content strategist, Jackie helps clients find their brand voice…and shout it from the rooftops with clarity and purpose. As principal of Muse Content Group, she leads a team of editors and writers who work alongside entrepreneurs and executives to elevate brand value through powerful positioning and messaging. Her work, ranging from local restaurant branding to six-figure global initiatives, has flown her around the country to speak on the fine art of content marketing. Leigh Blaylock

Leigh leads governance, curation, and localization efforts for marketing content at Red Hat. She manages 2 groups within Red Hat’s Content team. The governance and curation group leads content analysis, quarterly audits, and taxonomy and metadata efforts, automates processes, and makes content availability and performance transparent. The localization group is responsible for reviewing and optimizing translated marketing content in Red Hat’s 8 core languages. They work across APAC, EMEA, and LATAM to prioritize content localization needs, manage style guides and glossaries for each language, and manage relationships with their language service provider and translation management system vendor.


Alison Bolen

Alison Bolen wears many hats at SAS. She’s been called a writer, an editor and sometimes just “the blog lady.” She launched her first blog in 2004 and started championing social media at SAS in 2006. Currently, Alison edits ebooks, online feature stories and the SAS Voices blog. She also coaches SAS bloggers on the content and community-oriented aspects of blogging. She’s passionate about writing and editing content that readers want to use and share.


Susan Borst

Susan is the VP, Mobile at IAB (Interactive Advertising Bureau) in NYC. She leads the IAB Mobile Marketing Center of Excellence and has a mandate to further the organization’s initiatives in native advertising and content marketing, which she largely built at IAB. She works with hundreds of leading digital publisher and technology providers to set guidelines and provide industry thought leadership.

Susan was named as one of “15 People in NYC that are Changing Advertising That You Need to Know About” by Alley Watch, a “8 Top Influencers to follow in Online Marketing & Native Advertising” by Taboola (12/17), a “Top 50 Content Marketing Influencer at CMWorld 2016 and 2017” by TopRank, and a “Top 50 Marketing Leaders Over 50” by Brand Watch.

Laura joined KeyBank as a Vice President of Digital Marketing in November 2015. She leads new client acquisition efforts through digital channels, and works with others at KeyBank to create integrated messaging and seamless customer experiences between different devices and communication mediums. Previously, Laura worked agency-side with over 20 Fortune 1000 businesses. Her expertise spans digital marketing and analytics across financial services, retail, B2B and travel/hospitality.

Craig Coffey is the Director of Marketing Communications for the Lincoln Electric Company, the world’s leading manufacturing of welding and cutting solutions, where he also acts as publisher of ARC Magazine (CMA Best New Print Publication, 2016). He is a career-long B2B marketer with wide ranging experience in the publishing, manufacturing, engineering and professional services industries and is a rabid fan of all things Cleveland. Alison Demelis is an important part of the MediaCom family leading both Marketing and New Business for the agency. In her dual role she is responsible for developing agency-growth strategies, as well as the planning, development and implementation of MediaCom marketing strategies.

Prior to joining MediaCom, Demelis was the Director of National Sales at Cue Digital Media where she steered her clients to success by uncovering impactful consumer insights helping them navigate the fast-shifting media landscape and developing the right custom solutions across digital, social and mobile media.

During her career, Alison has worked with every media discipline and has full media model fluency. Alison held the title of Group Manager, The Mix – at Bell Media (formerly Astral Media) for over 10 years, where she developed an in-depth understanding of how to combine OOH, radio, television and digital to create multiplatform solutions for clients when others were still working in siloed environments.

Amanda Gant is the Director of Marketing at Orbit Media, an award-winning 38-person web design company in Chicago. David Germano

David is the President of Magnetic Content Studios. An early adopter of content marketing, David launched Magnetic Content Studios in 2012. Prior to launching Magnetic, David was the GM of Man Of The House, a joint venture between Barefoot Proximity and Procter & Gamble Productions.

When not helping brands with content marketing, he is teaching and influencing the next generation of content marketers, as an adjunct professor at the University of Missouri’s Reynolds School of Journalism and as the co-chair of the ANA’s content marketing committee.


Vince Giorgi

Vince is vice president of solutions development for Hanley Wood, the premier company serving the information, media and marketing needs of the residential, commercial design and construction industry. He collaborates with cross-disciplinary teams of colleagues to imagine and deliver breakthrough brand, content marketing and digital marketing strategies and programs for clients. A former newspaper reporter and marketing communications consultant, Vince previously served as vice president of Editorial Services for Hanley Wood’s marketing services team. Martin Lieberman

Martin Lieberman has worked brand-side and agency-side; for big businesses and small ones; with B2B and B2C businesses (nonprofit organizations too); in online, magazine, and newspaper publishing; and his content has covered a wide range of industries, from technology to travel, entertainment to education, and retail to restaurants.
